Should you be unfortunate to have your property flooded or is at threat of flooding, the 24/7 centre call centre number is 0800 783 4444. Please call this number to explain what is occurring.

Residents will be given a unique reference number so that the incidents are tracked for future reference.

Severn Trent will respond to such flooding occurrences with a crew, who can tanker and cleanse/jet for any blockages. They rely on the number of calls or complaints to prompt action,  i.e. if they have a high number of calls over a period of time, this will aid investment, especially if the solution requires capital, upgrading etc.
